A backpack rarely fails completely — usually a strap tears or a buckle breaks. That is why we keep buckles, hip belts and rain covers for the “Grat” and “Pfad” models in stock separately, as well as burrs for the hand grinder and blades for the safety razor. Write to us telling which part is missing; as a rule it reaches you within a week.
